What a week!  First my cousin died, then I spent all day Monday working on Bernie’s closet—it looks GOOD!  Tuesday morning, I walked out to the driveway and saw a very flat tire on the van.  Bernie had to get to work, so I spent over an hour trying to learn to change a tire.  I was emotionally and physically worn out, and there went another day.  Today, I planted a Japanese Magnolia that one of our neighbors gave us, cleaned house for a bit, then headed over to spend the rest of the day with Audrey.  She’s a jewel!  Tomorrow is the funeral for Ruthie…a day to celebrate her life, but it was a life riddled with sadness.  I pray that her family can comem together and remember the good times they shared.

Here are some of my pictures…

Parker really needs some visitors to look at his Xanga… http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=tarhillfan24  Of course, I’ve already given you Chip’s Xanga  http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=XxXfr3shXxX  You know how it is when you’re trying to get into doing a Xanga, so leave them a comment or two to encourage them, please.
And here’s Audrey…yes, I know she isn’t our child, but I couldn’t love her much more if she were ours!
Well, that’s all for today.  I’m praying for my special friend whose parents are going through some struggles right now…there is actually more than one of you in this situation!  God is faithful, and He loves that you all will turn to Him for strength.

I’m sorry about your cousin. Thanks for the comment about Megan … and yes, I’m very proud of her accomplishments. God blessed me with two really good kids and I’m not sure how or why I deserve them … Hope your week gets better!
