Home again, and I’m so glad.  Centennial is such a nice hospital, but there’s no place like home.  I’ve been poked, prodded, and stuck with needles until I’m sure that I just won’t tell anyone if I don’t feel well anymore.  No, that’s not true, because I believe in keeping the body healthy, but why does it have to be so miserable sometimes?  I drank the grossest stuff I’ve ever tasted.  Maybe if I had eaten anything or was feeling better it wouldn’t have gagged me so much, but it was really nasty.

Parker will go back to school on Monday.  I’m not sure he’s thrilled about it, but I’ll be glad for a routine!  Chip has Mid-state Band Friday and Saturday, so he and I won’t be able to go on the church ski trip.  Kind of a bummer, but with my recent health stuff, it’s probably just as well that I’m not going far from home.

Did I tell you that My mom was here for Christmas?  We went to The Opryland Hotel for lunch, and this was the pic of the boys with her.  Look how close Chip is to being her height!  Parker’s not far behind.

Bernie and my brother–putting together this air-shooting toy we gave Hunter for Christmas.

That’s the extent of my photo-sharing for today.  Better get busy being a mom and wife–what I love the most in my life!  Have a good weekend!
