Sometimes, I see memes that mean a lot to me, and I want a place to keep them, other than a social network. I’m going to be putting them here.
12 Steps to Thrive:
- Get 30 minutes more sleep tonight
- Move your body
- Meditate at least 5 minutes a day
- Listen to your inner wisdom and let go of what you no longer need
- Start a gratitude list
- Turn off your devices and gently escort them out of your bedroom
- Focus on the rising and falling of your breath whenever you are stressed
- Pick an image that ignites joy in you.
- Forgive yourself for any judgment you are holding against yourself
- Make small gestures of kindness and giving a habit and pay attention to how this affects your mind, emotions, body
- Make a personal connection to people you might normally take for granted.
- Use a skill or a talent you have to help someone benefit from it.
