God, you are greater than I am, and you are greater than any obstacle we face. Will you help me this week to rest in that as I do my best to accomplish all that has been set before me? Thank you, and in Jesus’ name, amen.
So, it is a rainy Monday, and I love the sound of the rain. I wish I could just stay curled up on the couch with a mug of hot cocoa, a blanket, and a good book. Aahh, what a dream. Instead, I have been trying to get the house cleaned up and am now trying to decide if I want to get in the pickup line at the elementary school so that I can work on my Beth Moore study. Decisions, decisions.
Chip and Parker are at school, and I pray that all of you who are going to school each day, be it K-8 or college, are finding joy today in the life you are living. If you are not, I urge you to ask God to help you make the necessary changes that will allow you to discover true joy.
Have a great week, and “hi” to my new Xanga friend. This has been a great way to meet people I never knew I’d meet…Beverly, Mia…and who knows who else.
