Wow!  We got back from The Great Escape on Saturday, but I’m still trying to get things around the house in order.  Chip was with me, along with our friends Morgan, Brad, Sam, Kate, Taylor, Rob, Marty, Andrew, Christie, Jodie, Mary Katherine, Aurora, Melissa, Joe and Lea.  Taylor became Vickie, and Melissa became Stacie–really scary!  The kids all went white-water rafting and had a blast.  Christie and I went to my favorite place…T.J. Maxx.  I got a pair of pants, but that was all.  I’m trying to be good with handling money. 

My friend Sandy turned 50 yesterday, so I’m going to celebrate at her house tonight.  My friend Melida is moving, so I’m helping plan a party to say ‘good-bye’.  Always busy!

My legs were really tired yesterday, I noticed.  Just part of it, I suppose.  God is faithful and I know I can trust Him to carry me whenever I’m hurting and frustrated.  I can’t imagine people who don’t have that relationship.  How do they get through the struggles? 

That’s all for today.  It is probably going to rain, so maybe I can get some things done around the house.  Of course, Chip and Parker want to go to the Underground, so that will take a little time out of the day, I guess.  Oh well…I love being a mom!
