But before the Gazpacho, I had the Hummus, and words might not do it as much justice as a picture, so here you go:
Warm, topped with a dusting of paprika, it was probably enough for my whole dinner. It wasn’t too smooth, like most store-bought hummus is. It was very hearty, very tasty, and I was in heaven.
